Today I will be sharing one easy recipe using tender mango pickle. If you are bored of having "mavina midi pickle" along with curd rice or something else, Please give a try to this recipe. Super easy steps .... Grind this tender mango taken out from pickle with little coconut and yogurt.You are done ...!!!!!!. I am sure you will relish the unique taste of it . Serve this tasty Mudi tambuli /tambli with warm rice.

Ingredients :
1 mavina midi taken out from pickle/ kukku mudi
1/2 green chilly (optional)
salt ( midi contains lot of salt in it , so adjust the salt accordingly at the end)
2-3 tbsp grated fresh coconut/coconut flakes
1/2 cup yogurt/curd
For seasoning:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds1/2 tsp urad dal
1 dry red chilly split into halves(optional)
8-10 curry leaves
2 tsp coconut oil/ any cooking oil
How To Prepare?
- Wash one mavina midi and chop it roughly.
- Grind chopped mavina midi, green chilly and coconut into a coarse paste.Add yogurt to it and grind it again for a minute or so.Now check out the salt and adjust. Transfer the tambuli into a serving bowl.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and urad dal to it. After mustard seeds pop out, add in curry leaves and fry for few secs. Add this sizzling seasoning on top of Tambuli. Mix it well before you serve.
Notes/Alternate:
- If you don't want to grind the very creamy yogurt, then grind the ingredients chopped midi, coconut and green chilly into a fine paste.Then add yogurt to this paste and mix it well.
